Login Instructions

First Time Users ONLY:  (Home Owners)

Please use the instructions below for logging into our website for the first time. If you are the primary account holder, your username is zero, then your member number and your password is your first initial and full last name. (ALL Lower Case)

NOTE:  If you have a Sr. or Jr. in your last name, you will have to add a period after the Sr. and Jr. within the password.

Example: (Primary Account Holder)

Username:   01234

Password:   jdoe

NOTE:  If you have a Sr. or Jr. in your last name, you will have to add a period after the Sr. and Jr. within the password.

Example:  (Spouse of Account Holder)

If you are the spouse of a primary member, your username is your 5-digit member number (put a zero in front if your member number is only 4 digits- if you have a 5 digit member number, do NOT put a zero in front) with an "a" on the end.  Your password is your full last name.  

Username:   01234a

Password:   doe

The system is set up to have you change your log in username and password after the intiial log in. Please note to write down the NEW username and password for that will become your NEW log in information.
