	Postings:   Countryside Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL is seeking an Executive Chef for its 22-year-old, member-owned private country club located in a 1,133 home mandatory membership gated community. The club generates an approximate annual income of $6 million, of which $1.1 million is in food & beverage sales.  Countryside consists of a full-service Clubhouse, an 18-hole Arthur Hills designed golf course, 3 tennis courts, plus swimming and fitness facilities.  Clubhouse facilities include 2 bars, dining room and atrium with a combined seating capacity of approximately 275.  Additional amenities include two meeting/card rooms as well as a media/computer room. The ideal candidate will be well versed in a seasonally high-volume club atmosphere.  Well-developed technical cooking skills, financial, administrative, and leadership skills are critical.  The Executive Chef must be self-guided, energetic, and well organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Applicants will have a successful and progressive kitchen background in club food and beverage operations and possess substantial experience menu planning, training staff, and planning and executing a variety of functions.  The preferred candidate shall possess an engaging disposition capable of inspiring members, employees and colleagues alike.  A participative management style capable of delivering stimulating leadership throughout the department is highly desired.  The Executive Chef reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for all kitchen related activities.  Compensation includes a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a performance bonus, an excellent benefits package including 401(k), a family health insurance plan, and long term disability.  This position is available immediately.  You may access the club’s website at http://www.countrysidegcc.net/.  Resumes may be e-mailed to: Michael Bradfield, GM/COO at mbradfield@csgcc.net.  No phone calls, please.
