Step One ~ 
Posting Property for Rent
All rental inquiries are directed to the Countryside website. Countryside members and member’s real estate agents can list the rental property on the Countryside G&CC website for FREE. Step Two ~ Forms and Important Rental Information
Countryside has TWO separate associations within our community the: Countryside Master Association and the Local Association. Tenants must complete both applications and return to the correct association. Tenants renting a Condominium, HOA II or HOA III must complete the Local Condo/HOA association form. If you have questions regarding the Master Association Tenant application, please contact


      • Complete Countryside Master Association Tenant online or printable application

      • Countryside Master Tenant applications must be received at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.

          • Mail printable application to: 600 Countryside Drive Naples FL 34104

      • The non- refundable transfer fee will be billed back to credit card on file.

        • Do not send payment, all checks received will be securely shredded.

        • Tenant membership privileges will be determined by the membership of the unit owner:

        • Golf Unit Fee- $285.14     Social Unit Fee- $142.04     No Membership Fee- $111.04

      • To activate renter membership account.    ALL renters must stop by Countryside administration office with a Visa or Master Card. Your photo will be taken at this time; all name(s) charging to the account must be present, if photo is not on file.

      • All house charges (food & beverage, golf…) are billed back to the tenant member number; the credit card on file is billed around the 20th of the following month. The renter will hold primary responsibility for charges incurred during the rental period and owner(s) assume secondary responsibility for any unpaid charges by their renter.

      • All approved applicants are processed and the tenant information (barcode, tenant number and general club information) will be mailed to the out of town address; no later than 2 weeks before arrival date.

      • Incomplete information on the Countryside Master Tenant application and/or non-approval from the local association may result in delay of privileges.

      • In all areas of Countryside, there is a maximum of 4 rentals per year and each rental must be a minimum of 30 days, maximum 1 year.

      • Annual renters must contact the office annually to avoid disruption of privileges and gate access.

         Our staff loves to welcome new Tenants to Countryside. Please tell them to stop by the Administration office with membership or facility questions about our community.                        

LOCAL CONDOMINIUM, HOA II and HOA III Association Application            

  • The local association tenant application must be completed and sent to the Property Management Company or Respective Area Association President. Click here to print:  Local Condo, HOA II and HOA III Association application.

  • All local Association contact information on page 2 of application.

  • Contact the local association or President with ALL questions about the local form, payment, and if the management company or area President are in need of a copy of the lease or character references.


Step Three ~ Renter Status

Wondering if we received your application, approval or if your rental information has been mailed?  

Please direct all rental inquiries to Renter Status report > Renter Info > Renter Status. The spreadsheet is updated regularly and is available in an Excel format or PDF. Don’t see your name listed? Check the status report Friday afternoon for updated information. If the local association has not approved your application please contact them directly; their contact information is available under rental status.
