Welcome to Countryside!
It is my pleasure to welcome you as a prospective property owner in Countryside Golf and Country Club!
Countryside is a private, gated community with 1133 units comprised of 850 Golf memberships and 283 Social memberships. In order to be a member of the club you must own property within Countryside. The type of property you own determines your level of Membership: Golf, or Social with Limited Golf. Memberships are deeded with the property purchased.
There are 34 independent neighborhood associations that function separately from the Master HOA.
Master Association Fees through 9/30/19
1. Resale Capital Contribution Fee
All buyers pay a onetime Resale Capital Contribution fee in the amount of $3,000.
2. “Basic Cable” Billing
All Members are billed for basic bulk Cable every quarter and the fee is currently $115.67.
3. Food Minimum
All Members must spend $600.00 for their Food Minimum every fiscal year which starts 10/1/2017-9/30/2018. Members are not pre-billed for this: members pay for food and beverage as members dine here. Any unspent amount is billed on the fiscal year-end September statement. Each member’s remaining balance is on the bottom of every statement so members can keep track throughout the year.
4a. Golf Member Dues – Single Family Homes, Province Way, Veranda Way, Coventry Court*, Country Hollow
The Golf dues are annual, billed in July and due by October 1st. They are currently $6697.00.
*Some Social units reside in Manor VIII.
4b. Social Membership “with Limited Golf” Dues – St. Ives Way and Glenmoor Lane
The Social dues are annual, billed in July and due by October 1st. They are currently $3076. This “Limited Golf” membership includes use of the practice facilities year-round, and golf course privileges on a “space available” only basis during Season (Oct. – April). Golf course usage is open during the summer.
For Annual Dues, Countryside offers qualifying members a payment plan available through the Accounting Department.
Local HOA Dues - Members must contact their local HOA for their local association dues.
