renovation September 2023 through March 2025. The club pool will be
unavailable. Events, activities, other offerings and food service will be
extremely limited.
Please contact the owners directly for the Master Association Tenant Application which are not provided to tenants/real estate agents.
2024-2025 Season Master Tenant Application will be available in August.
Non-Refundable Transfer Fees:
All transfer fees will be billed to the Owner’s Countryside Membership Account upon receipt of the Master Association Rental Application and the Local HOA Approval (separate application). Fees below include one vehicle tag and one amenity access proxy card.
2023 - 2024 Non-Refundable Transfer Fees will be as follows:
Golf Membership Transfer Fee $344.50 incl. tax*
Social Membership Transfer Fee $212.00 incl. tax* (applies only to units with a Social Membership)
Rental Transfer – No privileges $159.00 incl. tax*
*There will be a late fee of $100 added to rental transfers if any of the applications are received less than 15 days in advance of the start lease date.
Changes to the approval process:
1. Owner’s choosing to rent their properties will be responsible for completing and submitting the rental application for the Master Association. As the Owner, by completing the form you are informing the Master Association that you approve or do not approve the transfer of your membership rights to your tenant for the length of their stay.
2. The Owner’s account will be billed the appropriate rental transfer fee upon receipt of the completed Master Association Rental Application and the Local HOA Approval (separate application). Please refer to the detailed three step process in the application.
