On July 1, 2019 Countryside Master Association implemented the following changes to our rental approval process.

Transfer Fees

All transfer fees will be billed to the Owner’s Countryside Membership Account upon receipt of the Master Association Rental Application and the Local HOA approval (separate application). Fees below include one vehicle tag and one amenity access proxy card.

2023 - 2024 Transfer Fees will be as follows:
Golf Membership Transfer Fee $347.75 incl. tax*
Social Membership Transfer Fee $214.00 incl. tax*
Rental Transfer – No privileges $160.50 incl. tax*

*There will be a late fee of $100 added to rental transfers if applications are received less than 15 days in advance of your tenant start lease date. 
*Owners acknowledge that the Local HOA may require additional applications and/or fees.  All owners are responsible for contacting their Local HOA directly for the status of their application approval.
*Transfer fees are non-refundable.

Changes to the approval process:

Owner’s choosing to rent their properties will be responsible for completing and submitting the rental application for the Master Association. As the Owner, by completing this form you are informing the Master Association that you approve or do not approve the transfer of your membership rights to your tenant for the length of their stay. The Owner’s account will be billed the appropriate rental transfer fee upon receipt of the completed Master Association Rental Application and the Local HOA Approval (separate application). To submit a condo/home for sale, click: Real Estate Website Listing (or review sheet below) to review information needed. Please allow 1-2 weeks to view new postings. Real Estate listings will remain online for 6 months, then deleted if there has been no activity during that time. All ads will be dated with last date listed on the ad. You are welcome to re-enlist your property if it has been deleted. If you would like to make changes or cancel your listing during the 6-month period, contact: [email protected]

Welcome to Countryside!

It is our pleasure to welcome you as a prospective property owner in Countryside Golf and Country Club!

Countryside is a private, gated community with 1133 units comprised of 850 Golf memberships and 283 Social memberships. In order to be a member of the club you must own property within Countryside. The type of property you own determines your level of Membership: Golf, or Social with Limited Golf. Memberships are deeded with the property purchased.

There are 34 independent neighborhood associations that function separately from the Master HOA.
