Are you having difficulty logging on?

NOTE: For security, the system requires ALL (owners & tenants) to change their username & password every 3-6 months. So if you’ve let time lapse and you haven’t changed or updated your login, it will have you set up new logins. If you need further assistance, please call 239-353-1780 x 106. Have your member number ready.


 

First Time Users Only:                                (Renter's Instructions Listed Below)

HOMEOWNERS

NOTE: Your website account will be activated within the first 5-10 days of registration. We thank you for your patience.
 
Please use the instructions below when logging onto our website for the first time. If you are the primary account holder and your member number has 4 digits, your username is '0" (zero); then your member number and your password is your first initial and full last name. (ALL Lower Case)
 
NOTE:  If you have a Sr. or Jr. in your last name, you will have to add a period after the Sr. and Jr. within the password.
 

Example: Primary Account Holder (4 Digit Member Number)

Username :    01234 (0+ enter your member number)  
Password* :     jdoe (first initial and last name)   * all lower case

Example: Spouse of Primary Account Holder

If you are the spouse of a primary member, your username is '0" (zero) + member number + an "a" at the end.  Your password is your full last name.
Username* :    01234a (0 + enter your member number, plus an "a")  *all lowercase
Password* :     doe (last name only)   *all lowercase

     
The system is set up to have you change your log-in username and password after the initial log in. Write down the NEW username and password, for that will become your NEW log-in information.

New Username and Password Criteria -

1. Username must be at least 4 characters.
2. Passwords must be at least 7 characters.
3. Passwords must contain 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter and one number.
4. Passwords will not be allowed to contain the Username.
5. A user’s previous two passwords cannot be reused.
6. Users will have 20 failed attempts before being locked out from accessing the website.

 

 

First Time Users & Returning Renters:

NOTE: Returning Renters will need to set up a NEW Username & NEW Password.

RENTERS

NOTE: Your website account will be activated within the first 5- 10 days of registration. We thank you for your patience. 

If you are the primary account holder, then your username is your 5 digit member number and your password is your first initial and full last name. (ALL Lower Case)

Example: Primary Account Holder

Username * :    12345 (enter your member number)
Password * :     jdoe (first initial and last name)   * all lower case
           

Example: Spouse of Primary Account Holder

Username * :   12345a (enter your member number, plus an "a")
Password *  :   doe (last name only)   * all lower case

When you leave/check-out of Countryside, your log-in information will be eliminated from season to season and you will need to set up NEW log-ins upon returning.
