Group Fitness Classes
There is a class for everyone!
Zumba – This fun, cardio dance class led by Vanessa combines high energy and motivating music to burn a ton of calories!
Total Body Sculpt- Kara will lead you in a whole body workout to give you a complete fat burning and strength building experience.
Fit for Life: Chair Fitness – This class is designed for new exercisers or people unable to stand for long periods of time. We will use light weights and bands while sitting in a chair to improve strength and stamina.
Men’s and Women’s Golf Fitness – Taught by Anthony, a Level 3 Titleist Performance Institute trainer, come and improve your core strength, flexibility and posture.
Barre – Jinny leads this low impact workout that mixes elements of Yoga, Pilates and functional training to sculpt and strengthen your body.
Yoga – We offer 3 different yoga classes: Iyengar, Restorative and Gentle Chair Yoga, all led by Marilee.
Spin – Come join this high energy, calorie burning workout, led by Tara, on your own spin bike. Everyone works at their own pace and speed.
Circuit Training – This interval strength training class offers stations of cardio, plyometric and core training for maximum calorie burn and a total body workout.
Balance and Strength – Tara leads this class which focuses on improving balance and coordination to assure better mobility and strength for daily living.
