Countryside Golf and Country Club is a private gated community with 1133 units comprised of 850 golf memberships and 283 social memberships.
In order to be a member of the club you must own property within Countryside. The type of property you own determines your level of Membership: Golf, or Social with Limited Golf. Memberships are deeded with the property purchased and are non-transferrable. There are 34 neighborhood associations plus the Master HOA.
Countryside offers its members a par 70 , 18-hole private golf course, a practice range, short game practice rang and two putting greens, reciprocal golf and dining privileges with select local Golf & country clubs (May through October), private lessons, and golf clinics, lit Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center, tennis courts, pool and spa. A Master Planned improvement project recently completed in 2017 added 2 Har-Tru Bocce courts, a Wellness Center with locker rooms, fitness, member recreation areas and meeting space. A complete Golf Course Renovation is scheduled to begin April 1, 2019. See side-by-side Hole comparisons on this website.
A golf membership entitles the owner to the full use of all facilities and the golf course year round. You cannot purchase a golf membership separate from a home or change membership to a golf membership if the unit you own is deeded as a social membership.
Social Membership with Limited Golf
A social membership entitles the owner to the full use of all facilities year round and the golf course from May through October. You cannot change membership to a golf membership if the unit you own is deeded as a social membership.
Neighborhood Association Fees
Most associations have a quarterly condo fee which covers costs specific to that association; therefore, fees vary from neighborhood to neighborhood.

After the Closing
Please bring a copy of your closing documents with you to your scheduled orientation; these are kept as part of your permanent file. At your new member orientation, we will complete the process by completing your profile forms, assigning your membership number, taking your photo for identification purposes and providing you with a complimentary bar code for gate access. We will also review important rules, answer your questions and give you a Membership Directory and "Welcome Packet" of information for you to take home and review to help acquaint you with the rules of the Club and its many activities. Congratulations! Now it's time to enjoy the many opportunities included with your membership at Countryside.
If your purchase was a mail-away closing, please contact Deb at 239-353-1780 or e-mail email@example.com with your contact information (phone and e-mail). You will receive a packet of forms to complete so that we can complete your membership profile. Please also arrange to have a copy of the closing (HUD) statement or Warranty Deed along with a check in the amount set forth in the Estoppel Certificate sent to the Accounting Office via mail or fax; your closing agent or Title Company will be happy to accommodate this request. Please contact us and schedule an appointment prior to your first visit for the New Member Orientation.
