Social Membership with Limited Golf

A social membership entitles the owner to the full use of all facilities year round and the golf course from May through October. You cannot change membership to a golf membership if the unit you own is deeded as a social membership.

Once the closing has occurred we will provide each new owner with one complimentary RAD (vehicle decal) and one complimentary FOB (Wellness Center & walking gate access). One additional FOB can be purchased, there is a maximum of 2 FOB’s permitted per membership.
