Tenant Status

All Tenants with a transferred membership, must call the Admin Office to check-in prior to arrival, to ensure all credentials/account will automatically activate.

This list is updated weekly during season and has the most current incoming tenant information. Tenant Status is sorted by arrival date and then tenant last name. Follow the instructions below:

1. Yearly Check-In Required: Please call the Administration Office to auto-activate your account/credentials (we do not save CC info in our system from previous seasons). This must be done a week (min) prior to your arrival. If you have completed your check-in via phone call, you may use the facilities and enjoy the membership without having to come to the Admin Office. Due to the current construction, we would like to avoid heavy traffic at the Admin Office (Trailer).

2. Welcome Packets: Tenants who did not receive an email to check-in must contact the owner/Local HOA as posted on the PDF. Welcome Packets can be picked up at Wellness Center (Gym) during business hours. If you have not received your Welcome Packet with your new RAD (gate access decal), you will have to access the Davis Blvd. gate using the visitor lane. Contact ENVERA at 1-877-936-8372 for your pin # if you have not received it via email (check your junk/spam folder).

3. Website Access: Tenants will have access to the private side of the website 3-5 days after the start lease date.

Tenant applications can be downloaded; all owners must sign-in to have access to the forms. Please contact the owners directly for the Master Association Tenant Application which are no longer provided to tenants. Local HOA Application must be approved in order to activate a Tenant's account. If you have "Still Needed" in the HOA Application column, please contact the Local HOA directly:
